Selected comment still shows

When you select a comment, it points to the page/spot where it belongs, which is fine, but if you continue to scroll through other pages on the proof, the comment will still show, (even if you have a "current page only" filter applied), and will stay there until you click on a different comment.

This defeats the purpose of the filter, it the comment will still show. Can this be fixed?
