Seeking text mode coding for a report: "Other teams"

Hello Adobe Community!  Long time listener, first time caller...

I would love some help with a report we are trying to create.  Currently, the filters available can only bring in a users HOME TEAM.  We are in Agile with flex team members, and going by HOME TEAM alone will not bring them in to the report; we are seeking a text mode key for bringing in OTHER TEAMS.  So the filter would be Other Team ID equals "xyz team"  Or something to that effect;

Any help is amazing and appreciated!
