See who is working in a field at any given time

Our team works very collaboratively especially when filling our project briefs where information is needed form various marketing channels. Currently, there is no way to see if someone is actively updating a field which causes some work to be over written. Would be create to enable a feature that could help solve this.

Hi Joshua,

 

not all fields are tracked in the Audit Log by default.

But you can add specific fields to your Update Feed under Setup -> Interface -> Update Feeds.

Hi Lars,

 

Thanks for the suggestion. We are already tracking fields, and they are appearing in the audit log once the action / update is saved. We are looking for something more in NRT where you can see that John Smith is actively typing in a field in subscript under the field box or a banner message saying someone is actively working in X field. These are simply suggestion but appreciate your assistance.

Ah, ok I understand.

 

Yes, I would love to see that Adobe would develop Workfront into a much more dynamic system which is working with state of the art web technologies...
