See how many users clicked/read an Update

Description -  Would like to understand how many users are clicking into update that are tagged in. See who has read the Update, not just the count.

Why is this feature important to you - Leader's want to understand how many users are clicking into an Update and reading. And which users.

How would you like the feature to work - pop up of who has clicked into WF seen update/how many people. Would be nice to hover over update and see # rather then pulling a report

Current Behaviour - We are not able to see who is interacting or reading the Updates
