Searching for Duplicate Projects based on a single field

We use Kickstart to create our Projects, so while the system does check against a lot of the field data, it doesn't check for duplicate Projects. Is there any way to create a report that searches a single field for duplicates across our list of Projects? Each Project should be unique (as it's based on a specific product) and so we have a handful of fields unique to that item to use to check against.

My Workfront consultant didn't know of a way so I am trying the hive mind.
