Scrollbar should be visible in comments if text overflows the comment box

Hi Team,

Suggestion for the process of Comment section in Proof Environment

In ideal scenario when user paste large text in comment area & if the text overflows the comment box then scroll bar should auto visible so that user can understand that there are more lines available below.

In current environment scrollbar/curser does not appear by default & it only appears when user uses; down arrow on keyboard or move mouse to right corner of comment box.

This is creating confusion to users marking the comments & they think that their text is not getting copied completely.
