Scorecards on Templates

Hello all, Is it possible to add a scorecard to a template? We have a recurring monthly project for which the score is not very likely to change. Rather than having to fill it out every month, I'm wondering if I can pre-populate it at the template level to save time. Thanks, Mike Pauley HANYS
