Save Requests after submitted for filing purposes

At my company every Request submitter or "ticket submitter" use to be able to save their request brief for their own filing purposes when we used inMotion. Many coworkers of mine are seeing that this is an issue when using Workfront since there is no way to save a brief unless they copy and paste it into a word document- which is an extra step for them to do. Unlike in inMotion where you can click a button and download the PDF of the brief.
