Save a Request prior to Submit

Ability to Save versus Submit a request - many requests are large and require the ability to be built out and saved before final submission. This is becoming more and more important as we push towards having ALL required information in a Workfront request.

    I am glad to let you know that the request draft functionality is delivered to production environment as of 2020.3 release. We also just released an update which removed the limitation of one draft per request queue topic. Feel free to review the functionality and provide feedback.
