I want to be able to delegate recipients (approvers and/or reviewers) just the same as I can delegate proof ownership.

    As part of the redesigned Idea Exchange, we will be archiving this idea since it has fewer than 100 points. If necessary, this idea can be resubmitted once we go live with the new process in August 2020. Thank you.
