Resource Scheduling - Time slots customizable

We work with a number of Creative teams who are sent high volumes of quick turnaround jobs, e.g. 30 mins per job.

Currently the Scheduling tool is very limited to what can be customized in terms of view, when we select day that is broken out into 1 hours slots. We would like the ability to change this to 30 min slots to replicate the real times the teams are working to.
