I'd be interested in knowing this too. The help articles appear to be based only on the legacy tools, but I'm really not sure. Matt Marks Banner Engineering Corp.

Good question! I have consulting call with Workfront this afternoon on Resource Management. One of our questions is if we can keep leveling manual so that we can employ other mitigation strategies besides moving work out. I'll let you know what I find.
