Requests page needs more detail and more flexible navigation

Need to be able to see more "at a glance" on the Requests page. It could be simply using the Issues page layout, as they share the same Filters, Views, Groupings. We need the flexibility to be able to apply Filters, Views and Groupings. We need to see the Ref#. Any license level that has access to Requests should be able to see/use any of these options.
