Requesters get notified that project is Active

After creating a project timeline in Planning and launching it to be Current status, Requesters don't get notified that their project is now live. They don't know when it becomes active or to review timeline unless they check periodically requests. It would be time efficient and better workflow if Requesters were notified of all project status changes or have the Admin option.
