Request saving as draft after submitted

For the past 2 months, one of our request queue's is saving all issues at a Draft status even though the user is clicking on submit request. Anyone else having this issue? It doesn't seem to happen with all of our request options.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. The draft should be deleted once the request is submitted. So, if that's not the case feel free to submit a support request.
