Reports with fields containing defaulted values and display logic

Description - When a custom form field is a defaulted value and contains display logic, the defaulted value is pulled in reports as if, it were true metadata on the record- review of the record shows the field is actually hidden and not a part of the record.

Why is this feature important to you - Reporting accuracy. We should be able to pull precise data and not have it tarnished by custom form field logic.

How would you like the feature to work - If a domain of value is hidden, due to display logic, the report should pull accurately

Current Behaviour - today a report with a column pulling in a field with display logic, will pull in the value selected as the defaulted value.
