Reports on particular Scorecard Questions and Answers

Description - I would like to be able to create reports that pull projects with particular answers to particular questions in a score card attached to those projects.

Why is this feature important to you - Currently it is not possible to pull a report on projects that meet certain criteria within a score card attached to them, unless questions are added to custom form too, which then will be redundant.

How would you like the feature to work - I would like to be able to create a report that is showing projects that the answer to a question within a score card attached to them equals a certain value.
