Reports in Dashboards appear to be bouncing / flickering

wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with flickering reports within a dashboard.  We have done some troubleshooting including clearing cache, logging off and back on,etc but the issue still exists.  Also, VPN doesnt appear to be the cause.  A few members of the team, including me has had the issue before but normally goes away quickly  but I have a user who has been experiencing it for days.   

 

Any insights would be appreciated

This happens to me sometimes in the resource planner either refreshing or clearing my cache typically helps. It's something to do with whatever is running in the background to populate the report data.

this is sometimes associated with not being zoomed out at 100% on your web browser, too.

This happens to me sometimes in the resource planner either refreshing or clearing my cache typically helps. It's something to do with whatever is running in the background to populate the report data.
