Reporting on tasks that do not have cross project predecessors

There was a post that answered my question from 2017 but it is garbled on my screen, and I wonder if anybody can translate the text mode code needed to add a filter that removes tasks that have a cross project predecessor (in a task report)?

I believe this is the filter you are asking for:

EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=NOTEXISTS
EXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=PRED
EXISTS:a:isCP=true
EXISTS:a:successorID=FIELD:ID
