Reporting on ProofHQ Custom Fields in Workfront

We have attached a custom form that users have to fill out when generating proofs in Workfront.  The data in that custom form is stored in ProofHQ.  It would be useful if the data from those forms could be referenced and reported on from Workfront.  Currently, that data is inaccessible for reporting purposes in Proof.

Pardon the obvious sounding question, but have you considered instead building the custom form in Workfront so that it would be easier to report?

Hi @richard__carlson , thats a great question, I should have explained the rationale for not including the form in WF in my original post.  There is logic built into the form that will not allow a proof to be generated unless baseline questions are answered by the user creating the proof.

You may be aware that there is an Alpha in progress to redesigned proofing to be native within Workfront. In the meantime, you may consider also creating the custom form in Workfront, as suggested, and using Fusion to map the Proof HQ fields to the Workfront custom fields, so you can take advantage of the reporting functionality in Workfront.

Hi @laurenwood i hadn't considered a Fusion scenario to connect the two data points,  thank you very much!
