Reporting functionality

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but I know in Salesforce there is more flexibility with filters when it comes to being able to copy and paste field values from a list. There is also more flexibility to add multiple contains values without having to do multiple or statements within the report builder. Has anyone requested this before? (the copy and pasting of values would also be really handy in the custom form builder dropdown options)
