Report to show if a project ever changed dates, or even # of times any tasks changed dates?

Looking to build a report to show projects where any dates have changed. Could be Tasks dates, could be Project Planned Completion Date. And bonus if I could show # of times dates changed. I had automated baselines in place to pull when the Owner changed the Status from Planned to Active, but if they haven't been utilizing that, then I don't have any baselines to pull.😫

Hi Lila,

Have you explored using a Journal Entry report? As long as you have planned complete date as a tracked field in your update feeds, this will record a journal entry in the system every time the date is changed. You should then be able to report on those entries, and the report could be configured to show what dates were changed; from, to, who made the change, how many times it was changed etc.
