Report that combines Last Log in Date and # of Active Tasks/Issues

Currently we can find no way to produce a report to show types of users (Planners, Workers & Collaborators), Last Log in Date & the # of current Active tasks. Having this information would allow the Admin to know who we should be assisting first.

ex: If I have a user with 25 active tasks & they haven't logged into Workfront in 2 months - I am going to visit them quick.

ex: If I have a user with 25 active tasks & they have a Collaborator license, then I want to upgrade them to a Worker ASAP.
