Report Delivery using filters at the Prompt

Currently if generating reports using "Filters" at the "Prompt", it can't send the report to the recipients as the report generated "ignores/ doesn't recognise the filter" and the report size becomes high and undelivered.

To overcome this you need to build the filter within the report and NOT at the "Prompt" level.

The idea is to ensure the current "filter" at the "Prompt" to work thus giving freedom for PM's creating and quickly sending reports by exception.

    I agree that this is problematic - I have a similar issue where I want to send a report of overdue time sheets to managers filtered by each managers reportees. The report distribution doesn't recognize a wild card in the filters. I would be happy with an option to distribute a link to the report instead of a download so that when the link was clicked, the resulting report would utilize the user id of the clicker to filter the report.
