Report build with stacked row instead of columns

Hi
This might seem super easy to many of you but I have tried for 2 days now to get this report built in Workfront with no success. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of what I am trying to achieve. Any assistance would be appreciated!

and what is the challenge, sorry but the xls doesn't help much. It's simple table...

HI, The challenge is that there are multi custom fields and I want them listed in rows, in the excel spreadsheet you will see from B4 to B13 there are all different custom fields and I want them in rows, not columns. I have decided to do this as a CONCAT Adset which isn't the best but will have to do for now. Thanks for the reply.
