Remove Project users in bulk or via report?

Hello

Does anyone know of a way to remove a user from multiple projects via a bulk edit or remove user report?

We have users that are no longer on a project or no longer participating in a specific job role so their tasks or issues have been reassigned but they continue remain on the project - which makes the "Projects I am on" ineffective.

Any help is appreciated!

    Hi @Sherri Nuzum‚

    From my understanding two options.

    Option 1:

    Option 2:

    Create task report, add project company and task status. Add report prompts task assignment. Run report >>Add Name of user Task Assigned to >> Select all tasks from top left corner >> Click Edit >> Assignments >> Remove All Assignments.

    Also, great to learn more options from community team members.
