Remove month constraint from utilization

I would like to be able to export the utilization revenue for more than 1 month at a time. Right now I export this for each month of the year and combine it for a full year picture of the revenue forecast. If we remove the monthly constraint we could then export multiple months at a time. In addition, having a selection of what revenue to include would be nice. I only use the planned revenue so the other columns that export out have to be deleted each time I export the report.
