Removal or modification of native "Subject" field on WF Request flow

There should be a capability to either remove or disable the native Subject filed in Workfront request flows. If removal or disabling not possible at least should have capability to either modify its name or either move it to a different location on the form or within embedded custom form.

We have been tackling with this issue from quite a while now, so having this adaptability of “Subject” field would be great feature.

Hi @HarinderS,

You can’t hide the Subject field in a request. What you can do is to create a Custom Form for an Issue, add

Native field reference and set Reference Field to “Name”.

  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/customize/custom-forms/design-a-form/design-a-form#add-workfront-native-fields

If fill a request with a custom attached, the field Subject and your custom field are updated in sync.

If you want to hide the field Subject aka “Name” in the Issue Details, you use a Layout Template and adjust the visible fields
