Refreshing Sandbox with Workfront-Unable to Schedule

I've inherited a Sandbox, and are unable to schedule because we cannot make ourselves admins for the system retroactively. Any suggestions?

this has happened to me as well. If you submit a case to Support, they can schedule a refresh for you, and your admin will transfer over at that point.
