red dot on chrome browser tab

Anybody noticing a red dot on the chrome browser tab for WF? I thought that it's possibly a customer support request to access our instance notification so I tried clicking the logo on the upper left corner. I didn't see any request but the red dot goes away for that particular tab. Polly Co
