Recurring folder for all projects

I would like to have a recurring folder in the "project documents" section show up in every project that I create. (see screenshot below for example)

Currently, the only way to have a folder auto-populate on new projects is to add the folder into a project template (but if I add multiple templates to my project that have this folder, then the folder would be duplicated multiple times).
