Reassign Resources by Project or Task

It would be great to see resources by task assigned to them, so that if someone had too many hours assigned to them, you could drag a job to another resource to share the workload. But you can't see this view in Workfront today. Also, it would be good to see in Agile sprints, for example per 2 week sprints, not just for one week at a time as is the default.
