Quick Action- Adding Document should allow tagging

Description - quick action of adding a document does not allow you to tag people, this should work just like it does within the documents section.

Why is this feature important to you - this feature will save our whole team time from not having to drill into the project then documents then folder using the quick action feature

How would you like the feature to work -  this should work like tagging within a document just allow you to tag during a quick action 

Current Behaviour - Quick actions will allow you to add a document but not tag anyone- what is the point if we can't notify.
