Queue Set Up - Can you "Hide" a Topic Group

Let me see if I can word this properly. I think the answer is "no" but I am often surprised by capabilities in WF. If I have a group / team of external requestors who are accessing the same custom form that ties to a request que that has 4 topic groups: can I hide one of the topic groups so option is not seen by certain people. I have created a sep team for these out-layers but since they are accessing same form I am telling them to just ignore 3 options and choose the 4th I want to avoid setting up an additional Request que if possible. appreciate any insight....the routing takes place in request que itself and not form so??? I agree that the answer is "no". But I would love to hear if someone does have a way to do that, because I've run into the same issue. In fact, I think it's one of the feedback items I gave to Trae on the UI. from my usage i'd have to say - no as well. BUT yes it would be amazing if system admins had more flexibility in the setup of routing rules and queues. I've been hoping for the ability to do just what you asked, as it would allow for a single request queue for multiple departments - with-out having to create multiple queues. Also it would be extremely handy if you could disable a select route or topic. Instead of deleting and needing to recreate, and for staging work. John Seitz ESPN - System Admin for Workfront

The answer is no, unfortunately. We ran into this issue when we wanted to be able to rotate queue topics to gather Strategic Plan updates.
