Pull Project Level fields into a Custom Form?

There are fields that are available at the project level - but when I create a custom form - I can't find those fields to add them to the custom form. The project title and the project owner for Workfront fields. I want to reference the project title and the project owner - how do I do this? Once created the custom form will be attached to a task.
