Provide visual indicators to highlight more data exists in areas

A key use case for this is on any button dropdown (New Project, View, Filter...). Some combination of browser/OS do not display a scroll bar so the user has no way to know that they are able to scroll in this list.

By default Shared Views, in the View dropdown requires scrolling to view. Without a scrollbar or visual indicator this is difficult for the users to understand.
