Provide 'filter' for the 'Shared With' column on reports

The 'Shared With' column for projects, tasks and issues show all individuals that have sharing on the record including admins which by default have access to the records. It will be very useful to be able to set filters on the 'Shared With' column to show only target users.

Use case:
Project manager would like to see all the individuals that have some role or stake in each project, tasks or issues that are in the manager's team.

    Reporting on “Shared with”. Workfront will let you make a view to see who the Workfront object has been “shared with”, but you cannot filter on it or report on the Shared with field. It would be very helpful to be able to run a report on a “shared with” person or team and see what has been shared with them.
