Proofing with multiple approvers

Hello,

Our design team sends out document/files for proofing with multiple approvers but the very basic report  in Workfront limits alot of key information they need to know the status without having to dig into the entire project and document.   Are there any other reports that I may be missing or does anyone have any suggestions that would allow me to provide them with this information?    Thanks

What is the basic report you're referring to? Are you using a proof approval report? You shouldn't have to dig into a project to have a report showing just proofs for review so I'm wondering if you're trying to use something other than a proof approval report.

Yes we are using the Proof Approval Report but if I have multiple people with Review/Approve assignment, they are not showing up with a status on the proof report.   There is a link to the document.   The frustration is they have to go all the way into the proof to see who is still pending.
