Hello, how do other users get round not being able to convert HTML or .msg format files into a Proof within the Workfront Proofing tool? We have a huge amount of emails to send for review and approval and not being able to do this in the tool means additional admin and working outside the system.

Hello EdTr,

I think you need to be a bit more specific to get an answer to this question.

What exactly do you want to proof? As you can see here,  both, .msg as well as HTML are not a supported file types for proofing.

Nevertheless, you are able to proof HTML using this way.

Seconding this answer. That lack of key functionality is what makes the Proof tool useless in my instance, unfortunately.

Our emails contain a "view as webpage" link in the header. I send myself a proof of the email and utilize the "view as webpage" link to load into Proof and set it to interactive so the reviewer can still click through and confirm links.
