We have a proof in progress. The content owner added 4 comments to the proof but this orange icon with the comment bubble is indicating there are 15. Can anyone explain this to me? TIA!!

the orange icon indicates comments made directly to the Document's "Updates" section (click document details, and then click updates). This can include proof comments or can also be comments that people put directly on the document rather than the proof.

(Also, keep in mind that there can be multiple versions of a proof, each with its own set of comments)

Thank you. We are going to do some testing. The difference of 15 seems really off from the 4 comments that were added.
