Proof report: add a column that list reviewers, NOT just Reviewer/Approver.

Helo ~

I am trying to add a column to a Proof-centric report that lists the name(s) of people tagged in a proof as a Reviewer. All I can seem to do is list the Approver

Has anyone done that?

Thanks,
~ Bradley

if you're going through a proof approval process, I believe you can only capture approvers (and the person who requested the approval) in workfront at this time. If your needs are simple, you may be able to look into the upcoming Unified document approvals for more reporting, but this would be in canvas dashboards, so you would have to sign up for this beta as well.

I am also needing a report with this feature and cannot find the option.  Were you able to create a report that includes the proof reviewers?

I found this option and am going to test it.  Looks like it should work:

Creating the Report: Step-by-Step

  1. Create New Report: Go to Reports, click New Report, and select Proof Approval.
  2. Add Filters:
    • Current Document Version: Set to True to see only current files.
    • Role: Add a filter rule where the "Role" or "Decision" indicates a review rather than approval (this may require using "Stage" filters if your team uses stage-based workflows).
    • Status: Filter for Pending.
  3. Configure View:
    • Add columns for: Document Name, Proof Created Date, Proof Reviewer Name, and Proof Status.
  4. Groupings: Group by Document Name or Project to make the list actionable.
  5. Deliver: Set up a Scheduled Delivery to email this report to reviewers daily or weekly.

Critical Limitations

  • Reviewers do not see proofs in the "My Approvals" section of their Home page; they must use the report dashboard or email notification.
  • If using standard proofing, capturing strictly "Reviewers" can be challenging as the report often combines them with approvers.
  • Consider using a Proof Setup report instead of a Proof Approval report to isolate users assigned without decision-making authority.

For better visibility, inform your team to look at the Updates tab of the document or project for feedback.
