Proof "Decision" notifications not being received

Hi all,

I've raised a ticket with support, but just wondering if anyone else is facing notifications issues when a decision has been made on a proof? It will notify the appropriate individuals that the next stage is triggered and ready for them, but not anyone else who needs to see decisions.
