Proof comments not making it into Updates: Anyone else having this issue?

Users are reporting that Proof Comments have recently (exact day unknown, but in November at some point) stopped appearing in the Updates field for the Document.

They comments are appearing in the Proof itself and the Print Summary. So the system is logging them but not always adding them to the Updates.

Before I log a support ticket, has anyone else seen this happening?

I've seen it, but since I didn't have time to chase this particular ghost, we simply ask users to always view the proof comments directly in WF Proof. It provides more context anyway.
