Proof addition rules

If a designer adds a proof to a project, can another designer also add a proof to the project? If yes, are there any exceptions?

Yes! Multiple people can add proofs to a project, given that they have the right accesses.

One follow up, can the 2nd designer replace the 1st proof if the 1st proof is originated by someone else?
