Project Template Updates - Use Across Existing & New Requests

There should be an option (although hard to be a like for like), but anytime a new template is created and pushed live (replacing another version) there should be an option to use the new templates across existing/already in progress projects. As of today, we are only allowed to use new templates for net new requests.
