Project Task Conversion to Project Maintain Resolvable Object and Not Delete Task

Enable a task on a project to maintain the resolvable link and status updates when converted into another project.

This would support cross-matrixed projects, by allowing another team to create and manage a project independently of the originating project, but enable the task on the originating project to reflect the status of the project resolving the task.

Currently when a task is converted to a project, the originating task is deleted from the originating project and no status information is delivered to inform the originating project.
