Project Percentage Complete Error

We have started to notice on several projects that the Percent Complete header is displaying 100% when their is still a task left to complete. The parent task is also displaying 100% even though there is still a child task that has been completed yet. 

 

Just looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Went ahead and put in a ticket with Support.

@skyehansen Has planned hours but apparently the duration was left blank. That was the issue!

I'm wondering, does the incomplete task have zero planned hours?
