Project not visible in Resource Management tab

Hi, i have a project set-up under a program - but when i go to the Resource Management tab i don't see under the users the tasks from this project - and i don't know why ? or what i am doing wrong ?

I figured out the problem was from the project hours, the project wasn't set up correctly from the start, planned hours were not filled.

This is a good link for info on Resource Management as there are a lot of little items to be aware and/or setup, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/manage-resources/resource-management/get-started-resource-management.  

There can be many reasons you're not seeing information, such as access levels for what you can see in the Resource Management area.  Toward the top left of your Resource Management screen there is filtering abilities, there could be a filter for specific projects that you don't have access to; make sure the filter icon shows Default Filter if so

Is this possible because of the project status?

Could be the Project is not active yet(still in planning status)
