Project Level Dashboard

Has anyone tried to create a dashboard that displays project level information that can then be added to the project itself in the sidebar? I have some designers asking for a more visual way to represent project data that would be accessible at a glance on their actual project.

Thinking if it IS possible, it could be done with wildcards, but struggling to figure out how to reference the data on the project the dashboard is actually attached to.

If this is not possible, what are some creative ways you all have tackled this?

Hi @AlysonWink1 , If you create a generic dashboard and then attach to Project portion of the desired layout template, Workfront will automatically filter the dashboard info for your users.

In the example below, I selected a layout template and then “Customize what Users see..PROJECT” and then added a test dashboard at the top of the Left Panel.  Then, when your users select a project, they can click the dashboard side-menu item and see data filtered specifically to that project.

Hopefully that helps!
