Project access level

Hello,

I have System Admin access, and I can see many projects that were not created by my group.
Is it possible to make only the projects created by my group visible to me?

Note: The unwanted projects are visible even though my ID was not added, and the project sharing option is set to "Only invited people can access."

No, as a System Admin you automatically see everything in your instance of Workfront. It wouldnt make sense for a system admin not to have visibility across the entire system.

If you are only in charge of a group or a subset of groups in your organization your Lead System Admin can instead make you a Group Administrator. This will allow you to perform certain Admin functions without having access to every other groups stuff.

Depending on where you are looking at the projects, you can create a filter to show only projects that you are on or projects in group x.
